  • Performance Appraisal Module, to track the Job Details of the individual staff, define Key Result Area that individual targets, set performance plan, daily reporting, regular performance appraisal, etc.
  • Training and Development Module to handle the training request and track individual training feedbacks
  • Payroll Module, to handle the individual payroll elements, and other parameters like insurance, advance salary, provident fund, generate salary, view pay slips like monthly pay slip and annual slips, etc.
  • Attendance Module, to handle the individual attendance, along with the fully automated leave management. It provides the fully customized dashboard to view the attendance along with the leave status
  • Recruitment Module (Under construction), to handle the staff screen screening, The module can also be used to announce the internal vacancies
  • Contract Information Detail (Extended module in HR System), is used for tracking the status of the bank’s agreement
  • Issue Tracker Module (Extended module in HR System) is used for reporting issues and issue assignment to respective people. The module can handle the chain update of the raised issues.
  • Inventory/Asset Management: This module is used for the overall management of company inventory and asset. The module is directly linked to Contract/Vendor management
