CADUtils-“VALUATOR MANAGEMENT SYSTEM” is the well-controlled valuator assignment flow. The system is completely integrates the current CIB systems, make use of existing valuator with defined rules to assigned the valuator to new loan securities

• The system captures the existing valuators from CIB application and allow interface to update necessary information. The system also has a provision to attach the necessary valuator documents which will be attached as a part of empanelment process. The system will also capture the valuator relationship details as per standard practices
• The system has a provision to assign valuators to branches, Business units and so on, so that while assigning values respective domain valuators will be used
• Valuator are assigned automatically assigned on Round Robin Basis
• If needed, system has a provision to force assign the valuator when needed. This feature will be enabled to CAD admin only
• The system has a provision to upload the authorized valuator signature and view the same when necessary
• The system triggers auto notification to valuator and customer. If needed the system admin can disable such notification of the valuator assignment
• Notifications are trigger via email and SMS
• The system provides the valuator evaluation window. The periodicity of the evaluation can be defined by the ADMIN
• The system has provision to enable and disable the valuator as per requirement
• The system will provide the provision to capture information of the loan holder from both CBS and New customer
• There will be a checker maker provision on the loan approval process. Valuator shall be assigned only after the process is approved by the checker
• Report shall be provided based on bank’s requirement. However there shall be a limit on the number of reports to be incorporated. This proposal covers the maximum 5 reports. Any reports count added more than 5 will be chargeable on man per day basis
• Necessary standard security provision shall be incorporated in the system
