The Loan against the Share Application is designed to tracking of all the loan given against the Share. Under this system the branches will load the details and submit it. The system will then live calculate the eligible values which shall be the base for the borrower. The system will periodically check the deviation with the system generated data and give the regular report to user clearly indicating the status of loan

• The designed system will be integrated with the existing CIB application
• User will be having the access to the system via AD and Form Based
• There shall be provision of syncing the user with AD and HR system ensuring the necessary user information are periodically updated
• Automatic Email Triggers are provided
• Maintain the database of the stock listed companies. Interface to be provided to upload the data via excel or individually
• Regular automatic pull of the stock status from “NEPAL STOCK EXCHANGE”. If need user can manually upload the downloaded excel sheet in the format given below
• There is a provision to store the daily dump of the stock rate, thus providing full flexibility in the analysis of the stock rate trend
• Provision to save the rule that is to be applied for Public share and promotion share
• Provision to define the share price fluctuation percentage.
• Interface for raising new load and check its eligibility based on the defined rules
• Provision to generate the eligibility report based on the detail provided for further approval process and recording purpose
• Provision to pull the outstanding loan from the Core CBS system and compare the load repayment eligibility based on the current share price and share deposited at the time of taking loan.
• Period alert to be provided to branches and central Cad regarding the loan status based on the outstanding loan due.
